GS305E - VLAN Configuration Issues
Hi,
I've had a search around but can't find anything related to this, so hopefully it's not been covered elsewhere.
I have a GS305E – 5-Port Gigabit ProSAFE Plus Switch.
I am trying to set VLANs under VLAN > 802.1Q > Advanced > VLAN Membership.
This page just does not work for me.
If I change VLAN, the table doesn't update.
If I change these values and click "Save", it doesn't save.
The "Cancel" button does work, but resets back to VLAN 1.
I have a GS308E too and it works as expected on this model.
I think this is just a bug in the software and needs a firmware update to fix it.
So I thought, there must be an update somewhere...
I've updated to the latest version (GS305E_V1.0.0.11), and it's not fixed.
I have tried rolling back to previous versions, and it still doesn't work.
How do I raise this issue with Netgear? Is this the correct place?
I've seen there is a support section, but I get a "too many redirects" error.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Details:
Running on Google Chrome
I have just tried running on Firefox and it's working as expected here... either way, something seems wrong with the page.

Re: GS305E - VLAN Configuration Issues
I was having the same problem with a "frozen" page in Chrome in the Advanced 802.1Q VLAN configuration. Tried again in FF and worked. Linux.
