GS308E WEB ACCESS
Bought the GE308E and had it since July 22, I got a email to check the product but when I went to 192.168.0.239 or 192.168.4.131 nothing came up both pages timed out? not sure how to get to the switch web page to check things out. It works great

An email from? Check for what?
I can find no mention of a GE308E in the Netgear system.
Do you mean GS305EP?
That is a switch, not one of the routers covered in this bit of the Netgear community.

Is this asking you to check for firmware? That address is the default IP address of the switch, but that depends on how you have set the thing up.
Manuals are always a good place to start.
Visit the support pages:

Feed in your model number and check the documentation for your hardware.
Look for the model number on the label on the device.
While many questions about routers are generic and could be answered anywhere, some things need specialist knowledge.

Thank you for the reply, no firmware update. I did check the manual and it said got to 192.168.0.239 I did but my system keeps timing out, now I did get on when I first this to set up a login and password. But now my system keep telling me times out , I restarted and I reset the switch. I just want to get to the page with the switch is but can't seem to get there. I did no changing to the PC or the network I have I have it into a eero Pro6 for the extra ports b/c the pro6 only has 2 ports and I prefer wired over wireless.
