GS608V4 wont show network on my app

Hey guys I've just re downloaded the netgear insight app it's showing that I've registered my device previously but it's not picking it up now on my network even when I scan the barcode still says network not found it's a 600 series 8 port gigabit ethernet switch. Do I need to delete it and start from scratch I'm not really tech savvy when it comes to routers etc ..any help appreciated cheers in advance

    The GS608v4 is an unmanaged switch, so impossible to be discovered or Insight managed.
