Hardware Version: 00.00.01
Boot Version: 1.0.0.07
Software Version: v3.1.0.1
I am aware of the instructions which include the step: Select Firmware > File Management > File Download.
BUT my firmware does not have those options.
I have also tried using a tftp server. I am able to upload the configuration, but I am unale to download.
So, how do I install boot code version 1.0.1.5 ??

Re: GS724TS: Unable to Upgrade Boot Code
That solved it. Everything is now updated. Thanks for the help.
What I think I learned:
1. SmartWizard does not work for boot upgrades. The TFTP process is required.
2. The TFTPD32 application worked fine as a local TFTP server, with the one caveat that it has to be closed and restarted again after every reboot of the GS752TS inorder to re-find everything.
3. After a boot upgrade, a software reset is not sufficient. A power-off reboot is required.
4. For the Firmware upgrades, SmartWizard works well, and it automatically resets the switch after the upgrade.
