GS724Tv4 not showing in Discovery tool
At our elementary school we have (6) GS724T switches but admin page only loads for one of them. I used the Discovery tool on a Mac but it can’t see any of them. We also have intermittent port blocks & im not sure if it’s related to STP/RSTP.
Do I have to physically factory-reset these and update their firmware?

Assuming it's an all flat network ... time to take over control again. Assuming all are GS324Tv4 (or v3), the discovery tool should show them - the older hardwre variant used another tool set.
