Unfortuntelly,
no. It is not that easy. After clicking on "login" (with the correct password) the browser does POST requests ~ every second to:
"set.cgi?cmd=home_loginStatus&dummy=<EPOCH Timestamp>"
But the website does not change, stays on the login screen.

FF 93.0 - but I admit on Win10-64 - works for login to GS750E v1.0.1.10, levaing alone some bunches (and more CSS) of messages on the console.

Instead if the "Enter" key as we're used to, please try to click the [Login] button.
The workaround I've shown is required on certain models/firmware since they added some security quirks and is required for Chrome, Edge, ....and comes from a different model in fact, but it's the same here on the GS750E as a "side effect" of the security fixes.
Appears there are more e.g. on the LTS Firefox on [Linux? MacOS? ...] .... YeZ

Almost the same here Win-10 64, with (almost) latest patch level and FF 75 or latest Edge and now ProSafe.
Mostly Linux with FF 78 ESR.
FF Devconsole gives me:
TypeError: document.forms[0].err_flag is undefined login.html:99:7 CheckError http://<IP>/login.html?ver=1635420486921:99 success http://<IP>/login.html?ver=1635420486921:221 success Backbone jQuery 4 i fireWith y cright at loading of the login page.
Edge reports:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'value') at CheckError (login.html?ver=1635420831934:99) at success (login.html?ver=1635420831934:221) at Object.t.success (backbone-1.0.0.min.js:1) at i (jquery-1.12.4.min.js:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (jquery-1.12.4.min.js:2) at y (jquery-1.12.4.min.js:4) at XMLHttpRequest.c (jquery-1.12.4.min.js:4)Both switches show the same error.
My management system and the switches are offline, not connected to public internet.
Could the be a hint?

We are aware of this login issue glitch with the latest firmware 1.0.1.10, and will be working on it. In the mean time, please use the Windows utility as a workaround. Thank you.

Hi there,
We will fix it in next FW.
Here is our finding about "Login" button.
- If you click "Login" first before inputting any character in "Password" column, the button "Login" will not work at all.
- If you input password first, then click "Login", then you are able to login to Web UI.
Please reset the switch to factory and follow #2 to try agaion.

Hi there,
I cannot comfirm your finding about the login button.
The units are in operation, so finding a maintenance slot to do a full factory reset then repopulate with stored configs is as tedious as finding a slot ot update to next firmware. I'll pick the latter and then we will see. Until then, ProSAFE, will make sure there is config capability in the rare case it is needed.
Thanks and Cheers Lukas O

Hello,
it has been half a year since my initial report and "We are looking into it". Have your found what you are looking for?
Cheers
