JGS524PE not accessible via web management interface
Hello, I have disconnected all devices and factory reset a JGS524PE as per the advice in this forum, but I still cannot access it via its default 192.168.0.239 address.
I can ping 192.168.0.239 from a computer set to 192.168.0.210, but can definitely not access the JGS524PE via the web management interface.
My wish is to upgrade the firmware, which was the default firmware it shipped with.
I understand the firmware version is now 2.6.0.48
I can see the switch via the Netgear Switch Discovery tool ie the purple one, but when I click on 'Admin Page' it wont connect.
I understand the Netgear Prosafe configuration utility is now end of life?
Is this a browser issue...I am using Microsoft Edge?
Is there any other way to upload the firmware?

Is this a browser issue...I am using Microsoft Edge?
Kindly try to use Google Chrome.
If using Google Chrome doesn't work, since the JGS524PE is an old Smart Managed Plus Switch model, I suggest you to try older version of Internet Explorer such as IE9 or IE7 to access the web-GUI.
