Hi There,
I have Windows Server 2012 R2 with 4 NICs Teaming. I have 2 of GS748T switches. What is the best way to set it up (both hardware and software). Should I remove NIC Teaming and use LAG on the switch? Should all 4 cables plug-in same switch? If I use 1 cable to uplink to other one, the speed will be 1GB, right?
Appreciated the reply.

The question is ... what for and how do you use this server? Start your reading .... for example here -> NIC Teaming in Windows Server 2012 – Do I Need to Configure My Switch?
For the switch interconnection ... again, it depends on the usage, the bandwidth. Create a trunk here can help.
