NETGEAR IP not connecting

I literally just today recieved my GS108Tv3 8-port switch (V3 wasnt on the list) but i can not connect to the switch. Netgear switch discovery shows the switch but i connot connect to it through any browser on my computer. I have fully disabled my firewall but still no luck. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Model: GS108Tv2|ProSafe 8 ports gigabit smart switch

Do not know how to delete this post but found the Static Ip adress to set my LAN to and it now works, although i keep getting unsecure network alerts everytime i try to connect. But it works for now.
