Hello, I am wondering are there special ports for trunking (with much more bandwidth) like on Cisco ones ?
Or it doesn't matter to what port (ethernet) trunk line to core switch would be connected ?

By far not all Cisco switches come with dedicated stacking ports or faster uplink ports.
AFAIK all ports on the same, so you can configure a single uplink port or a LAG for the uplink at your preferences, e.g. lowest or highest port number for example.
