S3300-52X-PoE+ (GS752TXP) - No PoE
Hi Folks - I'm having an issue with an S3300 not providing any PoE. The non-PoE devices show up but anything PoE powered isn't showing up in the switch. I haven't seen any alarms but noticed in the System Info page under power supplies a line that says basically RPS4000 Not powered. Feels like there is a power supply in the S3300 that isn't getting power. Any docs I read seem to indicate one AC power outlet but as I am remote, I cann't see 1st hand, so I am assuming it is split off from the main power supply. Could this be the source of my PoE issue? Thanks!

Welcome to the community! 🙂
What is the current firmware version of your S3300-52X-PoE+ (GS752TXP)? If its not yet the latest version, I suggest you to update it then check if the same problem will occur. The latest S3300-52X-PoE+ firmware is v6.6.4.28 and you can download it here.
Also, you may try to perform a factory reset on your S3300-52X-PoE+ (GS752TXP) then observe it helps.
