Safe to upgrade GS724Tv3 firmware to the latest version

Hi just wanted to check, is it safe to upgrade GS724Tv3 switches firmware from 5.0.2.22 to 5.4.2.30 the latest version as of now.

Or should I upgrade to a different version, before going to the latest one?

It's not safe to upgrade firmware to the latest. I would recommend to follow the FW upgrade below.

FW 5.0.2.22 (current firmware)

FW 5.0.3.2
FW 5.0.3.5
FW 5.0.5.4
FW 5.4.1.10
FW 5.4.2.9
FW 5.4.2.19
FW 5.4.2.30 (Latest)

Please read the release notes on how to upgrade the FW. I would recommend the admin gui FW upgrade under Mantenance and take note the active image under Dual image Status.
