VLAN routing settings

I have configured routing on the switch as follows:
The address of VLAN10 is 192.168.10.1 and VLAN20 is 192.168.20.1 The default route is the route to VLANU10 on the Internet router, that is ASUS. DHCP is disabled on Asus.
Site VLANs are allowed:
The default gateway is always set to the VLAN IP address. When the PC is on VLAN10, the IP address is 192.168.10.1 (that is, the IP address of VLAN10), when the PC is on VLAN20, the GW (default gateway) is 192.168.20.1. I have always put the DNS IP address of the router on the net, no matter which device is on any VLAN. (If I didn't do this, I didn't go to VLAN10 NET.)
What is he doing:
When I have a PC on VLAN10, there is also a router on the net (ASUS). So the PC has internet and I can communicate with any device on VLAN20 and VLAN10. (I now have VLAN20 taxes on the IP camera and ABB gateway for remote control of the main gate on the property, including videophone). Devices respond to PING, I can login and configure.
When I PING on VLAN20 from VLAN10, the network responds.
I just connect the PC to the VLAN20 network, of course I put it on the switch into the port that belongs to the VLAN20 group and change the connection settings on the PC. All ports on the switch are set as untagged (U). I will PING to the VLAN20 itself, as well as VLAN10 from VLAN20, so both sites respond. When I PING on any device in VLAN20, everything works, I can log in and configure the device.
WHEN PING from VLAN20 to VLAN10 on any device that is on VLAN10, except the VLAN10 network itself, the device is unanswered. NOT CONNECTED, also on the net, VLAN20 is not NET. Which I do not understand what is happening.
The IP address of VLAN10 is 192.168.10.1
The IP address of VLAN20 is 192.168.20.1
The IP address of the router on NET is 192.168.10.254
The IP address of the PC on VLAN10 is 192.168.10.20
The IP address of the PC on VLAN20 is 192.168.20.20
All IP devices on VLAN10 have default gateway set to 192.168.10.1
All IP devices on VLAN20 are set to 192.168.20.1 by default
All devices have the same DNS set to 192.168.10.254.
All devices have a mask of 24 (255.255.255.0).
When I communicate from VLAN10 to VLAN20, everything goes as it should. BUT IF I do it upside down, it means I start communicating on VLAN20 to VLAN10, so it doesn't work.
I put the Netgear switch into the default settings and then configure it according to the document:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4PuVEYxkQ5oX0w0Yll0U1d2MlE/view?pli=1
Something I have some stupid set up, but I do not know where and what ...
I have not set any ACLs and so on to switch. I will do that and I will start to sit as I imagine ...
Can you advise what wrong?

Have a nice day,
NETGEAT switch I put into the factory settings, using the option in FW. I found out the factory settings using the physical button on the switch is different than the command in the switch. I uploaded a newer FW and re-configured everything, I set up static routing in the Internet router and it started to work normally ...

Re: VLAN routing settings
Hi hacesoft,
Welcome to community,
First, I guess your management vlan was "vlan 10", Right?
Currently, VLAN 10 can access internet and vlan 20 can not.
The problem is beacuse the router did not arrive a route to VLAN20 192.168.20.0/24
You must configure a static route on your Router:
like this(see attachment): Destantion 192.168.20.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 next-hop 192.168.10.1

Re: VLAN routing settings
Hello,
thank you very much for your advice. I'll try it out until I get to it, probably on the weekend, then I know if it helped.
Thank you for any information

Re: VLAN routing settings
Good evening,
when trying to insert a static route, my switch says:
Error! The route could not be configured.

Re: VLAN routing settings
Hi hacesoft,
You must configure a static route on your Router. not on your switch.
Thanks

Re: VLAN routing settings
Nice morning,
i understand now.
However, it does not solve my problem. In the meantime, we are not trying to access NET to VLAN20.
I cannot communicate from VLAN20 to VLAN10. I am on VLAN20 and PING some device on VLAN10 and the device is unavailable, only what works is PING on the VLAN10 itself, where the PING command corresponds.
When I connect a PC to the VLAN10, everything works OK. Both VLAN10 and VLAN20 communication.
In my opinion, this does not cause ROUTER on NET to have STATIC ROUTE set to VLAN20. I think there is something wrong in the NETGEAR switch.
Thank you for any answer that will help solve my problem.
