There is no support for the CLI you mean?
Since the device does have CLI , anyway I was able to find the answer myself.
its under - switchport general allowed vlan add XXX untagged
(or tagged)
for example :
conf
interface TwoPointFiveGigabitEthernet 5
switchport general allowed vlan add 2000 untagged
end

Re: VLAN tagging using CLI
There is no CLI support for any Smart Managed Plus and Smart Managed Pro SWitches, including the MS510TX. There are pure Web managed devices.
