What web browser are you using? Do you have "popups" blocked?

Re: We can't access web in my GS752TP

Yes, I've tied it, but nothing.

But the output is (logged in, I think)

http://192.168.10.251/cs552ff366/config/authentication_page.htm

It's strange.... (cs552ff366/config/authentication_page.htm)

The normal would be... /base/web_main.html

Thanks for your help.

Re: We can't access web in my GS752TP

How many devices do you have plugged into this switch?

I've seen things like this happen a couple of times

First, I've had it happen with a firmware update that made enough changes that it needed a factory default. It wasn't enough to stop the switch from routing traffic, but it was enough to screw up the UI.

Secondly, I've seen this happen with a non STP looped port as well.

I'd recommend unplugging everything that you have plugged into it, and plug 1 device in at a time, if you have multiple devices currently connected.

When in doubt, factory default it and see if the issue persists.
