What means shared (combo) RJ45/SFP+ exactly at XS708T?

Dear folks,
when having a look at Smart Managed Switch XS708T Document ( https://netgear.com/images/Products/Switches/SmartSwitches/10Gigabitsmartswitchseries/XS708T_XS716T_... ), I notice that the switch uses shared SFP+ Ports. What does it mean exactly?
My guess: It is possible, to use ONLY the 2x RJ45 Ports OR the 2x SFP+ Ports - but it's not possible to use them simulatenously?
Just in case it should be possible to use all ports (this means RJ45 Ports AND SFP+ Ports): how is the bandwidth shared exactly underneath the RJ45 and SFP+ Ports?
Thanks for your help!

Hello JimRander,
Welcome to the community!
Yes, your guess is correct they cannot be used simultaneously. So the total usable ports for the XS708T is only 8. This is by design, as they share the same switchfabric and port number. If you need all of the ports to be utilized, then you'll have to get the 24 or 48-port version of the XS series since they have dedicated ports.
Thanks,
