XS728T Disconnect Issues
I have seen posts about this here from back in 2020, but never saw a solution for it in the posts so wanted to bring it back to life… I have this switch installed on our network at my office and am having an issue where randomly if a computer is turned off or put to sleep and then comes back on the switch either disconnects the port or blocks it or something. When looking in the settings it does not show it has done it, but the computer connected to that port cannot get online. This happens fairly regularly. Only solution I have found is to restart the switch which is obviously very frustrating and leads to down time for others.

By any chance, are you referring to the following community posts below?
XS728T / XS748T ports fail - numerous installations
XS728T 10Gbe connection issues followup
If so, kindly check/do the following:
- Check if the switch is running the latest firmware which is v6.5.1.59
- Please try disabling EEE mode on System > Management > Green Ethernet > Green Ethernet Configuration (see page 55 of the user manual here).
