Drill a hole through the display where the message does show up.

Ask them what they want to tell the user with this message - in layman's terms, os the average Apple customer could understand and take corrective actions.

Seriously, meanwhile we know iOS 14 does complain about either WEP or more likely here WPA-TKIP is available from the access point on your undefined Netgear (Powerline with WiFi?) product. To make things even more obscure, the message does show up if the much more secure WPA2-AES is also available, so WPA2-TKIP and WPA2-AES coexistence is allowed on the router resp. the access point.

The approach would be to check if all wireless devices are supporting WPA2-AES (older IoJ does not), then re-configure all the wireless access points on routers, extenders, powerline, ... to use WPA2-AES only. The crux? Not all products offer this config option. And as you don't tell us more about your Netgear product(s), we can't go out to Netgear and challenge them to change things.
