Blue light on powerline adapter
Hello. Is anyone able to help me, please? I am trying to get wifi in a deadspot in our house. I have attached a powerline 500 adapter to our router with an ethernet cable. I have set up the access point in our kitchen where there is no wifi. The power light on the access point is green; the powerline light is also green. But the wireless light is blue. Does anyone know why? The netgear network is not showing up on my phone (or on my laptop which I'm connecting to the access point with an ethernet cable). I've downloaded the netgear genie but it is not showing up on that either. Any help gratefully received. Thanks!

Re: Blue light on powerline adapter
Hi Vicj,
Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Are you still experiencing this? Is the wired connection working when connected to the access point? Does your computer or device detect the router network?
Regards,
Blanca
