Broken Powerline AV500

All working fine, then the data connection cut out and the LEDs went all green (which is wrong because my data speeds are 10 megabits per second) and every so often they lose connection from each other so the connection LED turns off.

The green light on the Powerline LED is not measuring your Internet speed, if that is what you mean by data speeds.
It measures the plug-to-plug speed over the local network.
If the plugs lose connection, that suggests a problem on your mains network.

It measures the plug-to-plug speed over the local network.
