CPL 1200 not recognized by Genie - speed worse than CPL 1000
I bought a couple of CPL 1200 to replace CPL 1000 and Netgear Genie cannot detect the model - just showing a circle with a question mark and the word Unknown. I have factory reset them several times, moved them around but nothing. Right clicking only gives security options and that doesn't seem to work. In use I am getting the red light on throughput and have reinstated my older units pending some info from this community...

Which genie is this? Desktop?
The desktop genie has never recognised newer plugs in my experience.
Did you replace the "base" plug as well as the "remote" plugs?
