Connect via ethernet cable or powerline?
I have the choice of connecting a WiFi access point directly via ethernet cable or via existing electrical wiring using Netgear Poweline model PLP1000. Is there any benefit one way or the other?

Re: Connect via ethernet cable or powerline?
If you have the ethernet option, I'd go that route. Powerline is susceptible to interference. A direct connection is going to give you the best speeds, lowest latency, and most reliability.
