Firmware Upgrade

Just downloaded a new firmware update for my WN3100RP extender. Visited URL http://www.mywifiext.net/, but all I get is an "Oops!" message and cannot visit the page :mad:. Can anyone tell me how to upgrade my extender to the latest firmware?

So, you can't get at the device's web interface?

Is this in Windows?

Like I said above, as soon as I log into the address I get an "Oops" message:

Believe it or not, Mac and Unix people also use these devices.

You might also be referring to the Netgear Wizard. Or the Powerline Setup utility.

When asking questions you need to provide as much information as possible.

If you ask about my Win version it is 8.1 (x64).
Please explain, what more info do I have to provide?

Let's start all over again!
I am currently using Win 8.1 (x64).
I have two (2) problems:
1... I cannot upgrade my extender to the latest firmware because every time I call up the address http:\\mywifiext.net I get the following message:

As a result I can only download the latest firmware but I can perform the upgrade.

2... My WN3100RP extender was functioning satisfactory so far. Suddenly, the Client link LED is constantly RED. I tried various locations with no change. Even got within 3 feet distance, still RED. Reset to factory settings, started all over again via WPS... no success. What can I do? Is this a reason for rejection?

Please provide assistance!
