Firmware update XAV5401

Hello everybody,

I am trying to update the firmware of my powerline plugs XAV5401. How can I do it?

I can't find any way to have a direct connection to the plug through a web access or the Genie software (I don't have the section Maintenance in the Genie Software).

Where did you find the new firmware?

I currently run the firmware v0.3.0.4CE, and one of my two plugs is randomly down. I want to know if it is an issue with the firmware, or something else.

I saw in this page that the firmware 0.4.1.1 is available: that is why I would like to load it to upgrade my systems.

That's firmware for the firmware on the XWN5001, the wireless variant. Do you own that?

If so, track down the IP address of its wifi (the Netgear desktop genie can help) and aim your browser at it.

But it it isn't the wifi that is the problem don't expect much.
