Impossible to Find and Buy

Why is it impossible to find anyone carrying the POWERLINE AV+ 500 ADAPTER KIT XAVB5501 in stock in the entire US? I have checked every store listed on Netgear's website and none of them have the product. This has been the case for several months now. What's the deal?:rolleyes:

B&H link indicated it was discontinued. However is you search via Google:shopping you can find other resellers that say they sale it.
