How do I get Netgear "34/7 Technical Support" to respond to me.
After a lot of trouble, I managed to send details of my qery and received an acknowledgement - 40646526 - over a week ago but they haven't been in touch.
I'm probably going to refund the item and buy another product as now have no confidence in their support system.
