PLP2000 - Not able to ping devices on LAN
Purchased PLP2000, plugged installed it and is working great! But, just noticed I am not able to ping the Desktop physically connected to the PLP2000.
From my CenturyLink DSL modem/router, I am able to ping other devices, example 192.168.0.4. The device physically connected to the PLP2000 (192.168.0.16) cannot be reached from the DSL modem/router. The PLP2000 ethernet cable is connected to one of the Ethernet Ports.
The Best Buy salesperson said I should be able to ping devices physically connected to PLP2000.
Any direction nor advice will be greatly appreciated on the ability to ping the PLP2000 connected device.
Thank you.
