PLW1000 Pick A Plug LED
The Pick A Plug LED comes on for a moment on the small adapter but never comes on on the remote adapter. Tried multiple locations in the house. Also reset both end but with the factor reset button.

How about if the two are as close together as you can get them, in the same room?

Re: PLW1000 Pick A Plug LED
I'd try just one more thing, if that doesn't work, it is probably bust.
Swap the plugs around so that the source becomes the host and vice versa.
I realise that this puts the wifi plug in the wrong place, but it could narrow down the issue.
How old are these plugs? The warranty should run for a year, more if you are in Europe.
I assume that you have checked to see if the plugs work. It could just be that the light is playing up.
Did you ever update the firmware on these plugs? There have been two releases since the original:
PLW1000 | Product | Support | NETGEAR
I assume that you did the factory reset on both plugs and with the power on. I mention that because the issue cane up here recently.
