PLW1010v2 "No internet connection"

I have set up a PLW1010v2 powerline adapter upstairs. At one point it was working fine but now it's not. It produces a wifi network but when I connect to it my iPhone says "no internet connection." But the Netgear router I have it connected to downstairs works fine. How do I fix this? (ps: My router and powerline adapters are all up to date firware wise)

Have you tried setting up the wifi for the PLW1010v2 again?

Do all wifi clients fail?

Have you told the iPhone to forget the PLW1010v2's wifi and reestablish the connection?
