Problem solved I was connected to the WiFi from the power line and was getting a up address of 192.168.0.1 and my router was set to 1.1 meanwhile I realized someone changed the settings in the router

Are you using something other than the PL1000v2? Thats just a powerline-powerline device. Your router should be handling the dhcp.
Whats all going on or what issue are you having? maybe that'll help.
