Power line adapter red connection to router
So I just bought the product in question and it’s pick a plug connection light is red on both the one in my room connected to my computer, and the one that’s connected to my router. Is this an issue with the adapter or the router, modem? My router is a standalone btw, my modem is separate if that makes a difference, also I use Comcast.

That is a sign of a poor connection between the plugs over the mains circuit.
What happens if you put the plugs near each other on the mains circuit?
If they still look red then either you have faulty plugs or, less likely, your mains circuit could use an electrician's attention.
