Power line and travel adaptors

Hi.

I'm currently in the uk but need power line adaptors to improve networking in my Vietnam apartment where wireless is poor.

I know you are not supposed to plug the power line adaptors into extension leads but can you use them with travel plug adaptors?

Rouh guess, it may not work
