Problem Accessing MyWifiext.net and http://192.168.1.250/
Can anyone let me know what i am doing wrong. I can not seem to log on to MyWifiext.net and http://192.168.250. I was on hold for 2 plus hours to talk to the Customer Service at Netgear and no one ever came on.
I have a brand new Powerline Wifi 1000 (PLW1000) that i just bought yesterday and can't seem to log into. All my light are green and one is blue. I see that under my wifi locators that they are reading but they are password protected and can not overwrite without logging into MyWifiext.net and http://192.168.250.
Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Well your LED's are indicating the PLW is working correctly.
May I ask, when you connect to mywifiext.net does this page appear, or is it somthing else? If you can, it may help if you can screenshot what you are seeing.
Sorry I don't understand, are you connected to the internet via the PLW1000 or your router?

Hi Versace,
Please follow the steps on the manual on how to setup the powerline.

You can read all the literature you want from that manual, but it fails to tell you anywhere where the password is located. The literature for this device is trash and needs to be updated.

All of my Netgear powerline devices have a PWD Powerline on the back.
It is there with the Powerline and wifi MAC addresses along with the WPS PIN.
