Storage Central SC101

Re: Storage Central SC101
Please try to recover data from disks by following the procedure below:
Please download the latest version of SFSextract from the website:
www.dataplow.com/Documents/SFSExtract.zip
- Please unpack and save the SFSextract.exe file in any local folder on your computer (e.g .: C: \ Users \ Desktop \)
- Take the disk out of the SC101T and connect it with a USB to SATA cable or a direct SATA cable to your computer.
- Open the command prompt: Win + R and type cmd - Enter
- In the command window, please use the command "cd" to enter the folder where the sfsextract.exe file was previously saved (eg.
cd Users (Enter)
cd Desktop (Enter)
If you need to exit from a given folder, please use the command cd .. (Enter))
If the selfextract.exe file is in the C: \ Users \ Desktop \ folder, the cursor in the command window should look like this:
C: \ Users \ Desktop>
- Then please enter the following command:
SFSExtract.exe SWDISK \\. \ PhysicalDrive <x> c:
Comment:
SWDISK: must be written in capital letters.
.PhysicalDrive. : Letter (or number) assigned to the drive removed from SC101. You can check it with disk manager: right click on my computer - Manage - Disk management.
.c :. : disk to which the contents of the SC101 disk will be copied.
In addition, please note the following points
1. Under no circumstances should you format the SC101 disk under Windows
2. The data backup process may take up to several hours.
3. Before starting the copying process, please make sure that the target disk has enough space to copy the data from the SC101 disk.
