Weak Wifi Signal

I just purchased a Powerline 1000 for my 2100 sq ft home. It's an old Victorian so the walls are plaster and therefore very thick. All 3 of the green lights are active on my Powerline Adapters, but the wifi signal still fades in and out in the rooms that I needed a boost in. Any suggestions on what could be wrong or do I need a stronger Powerline Adapter altogether?

The PL1000 on its own will do nothing for your wifi. It is an Ethernet plug. The PLW1000 does wifi.
A Powerline wifi access point has a limited range, like all access points. You may need several strategically placed around the house.
