XAVB5101 - Cycling power
Hi,
I have the powerline 500 Nano and one of the adapters is cycling the power when the device that is connected to it trys to access the Internet. Both adaptors are plugged in the wall, not an extension.
Many thanks in advance,
Dean

Welcome to NETGEAR Community!
Have you tried resetting the adapter? What device is connected to the adapter?
Regards,
Blanca

Hi, Yes, I have reset the adapter and I have had it connected to a YouView box and a windows 10 laptop which both give me the same issue. Kind regards, Dean
