No disks, this is a license and requires that you already have (or oder) a matching switch of course.
As per the GS716Tv3/GS724Tv4/GS748Tv5 Data Sheet , GS716TAV-20000S is the code of the EAV license for the GS716Tv3 (GS716T-300xxxx..You may want to send an inquiry to NETGEAR Sales.
