RN3160 FAILS TO BOOT.
I have a 6 disk RN3160 that appears to be failing to boot. When the system was powered down and reset the LEDs on the disks flash blue briefly, then red, the power then resets and the LEDs flash blue then red again just once before reverting back to blue. However the system is not booting correctly as I am unable to access the RN3160 via its fixed IP v4 address and it is also not visible in RADAIR.
There is significant archival data on this device and it would be beneficial to get it rebooted so we can retire the machine.
Any help that can be offered would be gratefully received.
Best regards
Alan Taylor

Re: RN3160 FAILS TO BOOT.
Hello @alanjkt
And welcome to the NETGEAR Community! 🙂
Could you please try performing OS reinstall.
OS-reinstall is a safe method and the data is not impacted at all.
