Can't register ReadyNAS Already Registered

Hi i tried to register my Readynas under my account and I can't since the product is already registered. This nas was purchased several years ago from and I do not have the old registration account any more. I wrote to tech support via email but i did not receive any answer. How can i solve this issue?
