Hi all,
I am having an issue when logging into ReadyCloud so as to enable the service for remote access. When I input the (correct) email and password I get the error below, I tried restting my password (if it makes any difference) but the issue persisted;
I made sure that none of the users created clashed with regards to name or email address used and they dont and yet I cannot seem to get it working(image below).
Device: ReadyNAS 104
OS: 6.6.1
Enivronment: 3 person office
I appreciate your assistance
Many thanks in advance
Best regards

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
Issue is resolved, user's NAS configured wrong gateway address so it couldn't communicate with ReadyCLOUD server

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
No it is DHCP which picks up a reserved IP from my Router

Sounds like your problem might be different then (since the OP's issue was a misconfigured gateway in the network settings).
When did your problem first begin?

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
A couple of month's back after a Factory Reset, I have left it as I am not reliant on Readycloud, It worked perfectly well before that

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
What firmware are you running, and what happens when you re-enable the readycloud service on the NAS?

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
OS 6.7.0 on my Pro 4
I can't re-enable it, that's the problem, I get the error shown in the first graphic of this post and neither can I discover my NAS (entering the Seriial No. brings back the correct detail, but it does not "stick")
Also, my array would not mount recently (which @mdgm-ntgr fixed), I am considering another factory reset as something is not right.

Re: Failure to log into ReadyCLOUD to enable remote access
Bit the bullet and Factory Defaulted, Readycloud enabled OK so all now good........just the data restore to sit out
