Netgear not detecting external hard drive and/or USB
Hello. I downloaded Ready Cloud went through admin on the netgear site, have visited multiple similar discussions on this forum, and our external hard drive filesnare still not visible on the hard drive. Reads "disconnected." We followed step-by-step directions, and the device comes up as "healthy" on the webpage site.

Are you using ReadyCloud with a ReadyNAS or a Netgear router?
