No access to readycloud

The serial number is using the MAC address of eth0, how do I change this so that it displays the correct Serial Number so I can connect to ReadyCloud?

Model: RN102|ReadyNAS 100 Series

Re: No access to readycloud

On your RN102?

I wouldn’t have expected to see this problem on that having never seen it on that model.

This is an issue seen with a small batch of ReadyNAS Pro units.

Re: No access to readycloud

when I upgraded the firmware the serial shoed as N0NE000200000 - after backing up I did a FACTORY reset and it changed the serial to the MAC address, how do I resolve this. A comment "I wouldn’t have expected to see this problem on that having never seen it on that model" isn't very helpful

Re: No access to readycloud

Please have a look at the PM I sent earlier today. You should find that more helpful.

I do think this should be straightforward for me to fix. Was just trying to confirm that you selected the correct model in your earlier post.
