RCloud Media Backup - iPhone Photos

I'm trying to backup my iphone photos through rcloud media backup, but it only to seems to transfer 8 photo's in the last 2 days. I have a NETGEAR ReadyNAS 104 and connected to wifi on my iphone. Any one else experience this problem?

Hi garbdesign,

What is the Firmware of your ReadyNAS 104 and the version of the ReadyCLOUD app installed in your mobile phone? This feature is internet based, so you have to make sure that both your mobile phone and ReadyNAS are connected to a network with stable internet connection.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards,

Re: RCloud Media Backup - iPhone Photos

Actually, you can backup iPhone photo through backing up data to iCloud.

1. Tap Settings > iCloud > Backup. If you’re using iOS 7 or earlier, tap Settings > iCloud > Storage & Backup.
2. Tap iCloud Backup to turn it on.
3. Tap Back Up Now.
After you turn on iCloud Backup, iCloud will back up your content automatically. You can return to this screen to see when the last back up happened.
Backing Up an iPhone to iCloud – Restore using iCloud
Use these steps if you have a new iOS device, or you need to restore after a factory reset:
1. Turn on your device. You should see a Hello screen.
2. Follow the steps in the iOS Setup Assistant until you get to the Set Up screen.
3. Select Restore from iCloud Backup.
4. Select a backup.

CatrinaPierce - this thread is on ReadyCloud, not iCloud.
