RN104 Readycloud services Offline

Hi all,

I have been unable to log on to my ReadyNAS 104 unit via the app or web page using my standard login.

I have managed to locate my device and access the admin page using admin password.

Under the Cloud tab, Readycloud is ON, but banner shows.... Offline X Services Oflline.

Is there a known issue with connections or have my fat fingers stuffed something?

I am running firmware 6.4.0

Re: RN214 Readycloud services Offline

I set up a new RN214 today and lost online service late in the day.  I have tried a full restore to factory settings and still have the red "x" indicating that services are unavailable.  Anyone else having an issue.

Thanks,

Ernie

Thats good, but if this recurs you could add 8.8.8.8 (Google's open DNS server) to your router config (or the NAS config if you are using a static IP address for the NAS).

It sometimes helps (assuming the service simply hasn't gone offline).
