ReadyCloud Unavaliable...
Hey All
Over the last two days I have had some serious problems with Ready CLOUD
My tablet and phone are having serious problems trying to log into the ready cloud servers - The apps do not recognise my user ID or at other times my password.
When they do eventually connect, they can only access the server over a VPN, and not over LAN... even when i'm on the same network at my RN102
I know this isnt a problem with the mobile apps, because my laptop is also having problems loggin into readycloud using the downloaded software - it reports "ReadyCLOUD serve is unavaliable".
Also, the actual readycloud website seems to be very slow, and sometimes isnt working.
Is something wrong my end, or is there a problem with the readycloud servers? Can someone from netgear help?

Hi Jimo2012,
Mine is currently working and accessible. Probably there's a server maintenance happened during the weekend. If the issue still persists, please open a support ticket so this issue can be raised.
