ReadyCloud connection problem

Hi all,
See attached image. I tried the recommendatons on the forum - made sure I added DNS servers (8.8.8.8, etc.)
Still getting the attached issue - same when I try to log on using the app on my phone - it said my ReadNas is "Online" but it never connects to it. Just keeps trying forever.

Hello herbie747,
Where is the ReadyNAS connected directly? To a router that has Internet connection? What is the IP address and router IP address that you have set on the network settings of NAS? Is it on the same subnet of the network where it is connected?
