Readycloud mac desktop app not connecting
I have downloaded the app on my Mac, i have both the most up to date OS for mac and most up to date firmware for the app. It allows me to sign in and recognizes me as a user, howeever it will not connect.
It attempts to connect but then stops and says "vpn disconnected"

Welcome to the Community!
Can you access the NAS if you access through the ReadyCLOUD portal (https://readycloud.netgear.com)?
Do you have another Mac computer that you can use to check if you will get the same issue on the ReadyCLOUD app?

I am having this same issue on Windows. I still can't get help with my case:
