I'm in need of tech support for my myNETGEAR accounts.
A former employee has a product registration under his personal account and I would like to move that product to a shared company account. Whether that means merging them or deleting one, I don't have a preference.
Some assistance with this would be greatly appreciated.

Please continue responding to the support person you have contact with as he can help you change the email address. It appears both the current email address and yours are in the same company.
