Hello together
I enabled the readyCloud, in my ReadyNas 312 Frimware-Version 6.7.4.
In the cloud menu I see the internet connection ist valid "Internet verfügbar"
But the Services ar not available "Dienste nicht verfügbar".
I checked my DNS-Settings, the DNS is my router (fritzbox). The adress is valid 192.168.7.1
What can I do?
Best regards Marcus

Hello again:
hear my settings. Both NAS are behind a switcht:
Nas 312:
IP 4 fiexed address
router: my router
DNS: 8.8.8.8, 4.4.4.4, myrouter
IP 6 enabled, DHCP
Cloud Internet OK, Services not availabel
Nas102:
IP 4, dhcp
DNS: my router
Cloud Internet OK, Services OK
Both NAS work fine with the cloud. It seems only that Nas312 shows srevice not available but the service is available.
My Problem is solved. Thanks for your help!
Best regards Marcus

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Try adding 8.8.8.8 (google's DNS server) to the DNS server configuration of the NAS.

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Thanks for the fast reply.
I added the DNS 8.8.8.8 too.
Saved the network-settings,
turned ready cloud off and on again.
It behaves the same way.
Do i have to make a reboot?

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Hello MarcusObergromb,
Is the IPv6 enabled on the NAS admin page? If so, please disable it then test if you get the same problem.
If it is connected to a switch (and the switch is connected to a router), please try connecting it straight to the router and see if there is any difference.
Welcome to the community!

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Hello MarcusObergromb,
You might want to try firmware version 6.7.5 that has been officially released.

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Hello together,
sorry for delaying. I had no time to check it earlier.
IP6 is disabed.
NOw the nas is directly connected to the router.
I rebooted the nas.
I checked the mentioned firmware update, but the nas says it has the newest version 6.7.4.
The cloud service is not availabel until now.
Should the 8.8.8.8 be the first DNS or is it sufficient it is the second an my router the first.
I have disabled encryption nothing changed.

Check it both ways.

It is released, but not on the update server yet. You can download it to you your PC and manually install ( https://kb.netgear.com/000038857/ReadyNAS-OS-6-Software-Version-6-7-5 ). But there's nothing in the release notes about ReadyCloud fixes.

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
I made the update today,
I checked diffrent DNS settings.
1. my router first, then google (8.8.8.8)
2. google first 8.8.8.8
3. 8.8.8.8 first my router second
4. 8.8.8.8 first, 4.4.4.4 second.
I checked again the IP 6 Settings. They are enabled now, maybe because of the update.
When I try to disable in any one of the network-Adapters i get the warning, that no acces to the nas is possible any more.
Only one network adapter is in use.
There a lot of data on the Nas, Should I backup all, reset o factory default and try again?
Or they're other possibleties yet?
I almost forgot: Thank you very much for your support!

This is odd. Can you ping the NAS using it's IPv4 address?

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
I have a very similar issue which has been present since the formal email from Netgear regarding "Readycloud status Update" on 25th April 17.
There have been two or three firmware updates since then (I am on the latest with my RN104) and access via web interface is still intermittent.
95% of the time I cannot access my files via the internet (readycloud via browser). I can login and see my NAS, but it advises that no drives or USB disks are found.
I have tried both via Chrome and IE - same result.
Via the readycloud Android app I can browse and view files, however it much slower than it used to be.
I have tried everything suggested in this thread (and others) except for the IPv6 setting. Will do this and report back.
Note: I have never had DNS details entered before all of these issues. Why would I need to enter them now?

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Hi again,
because I'm using my Nas312 actualy as a backup for my old one ReadyNASDuo102, i made a reset on the 102 installedd all updates and tried to configure this one.
And it worked at the beginning whitout doing any changes then disiabling IP 6.
I didn't check the acces from outside, this is on my todo.
Now I start to mirror my backups back to 312 and then I will disable IP on the 312.
I'll inform you,
Thank you for your help, regards Marcus

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
For isolation I would advice to use a new or different Readynas Replicate account. Are you encountering the same exact problem on both NAS where services is not available?

Now both NAs are accasible with ready cloud.
There was no time to see wether it it displayed that the service is available. I 'll check this on friday and post my settings.
At the moment both NAs waort fine.

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Error code -51 is referring to internet connection problem. Please try to set static DNS address on the NAS (8.8.8.8) and port forwarding, open port 6300 on your router. Please also check if both NAS is running on the latest firmware.

Re: raedyCloud Internet ok, services not available
Do you have other services running on the NAS? Please try to disable IPv6 on the network setting of the NAS also try to recreate the backup job and see if it will make any difference.
