rn104 6.4.0 updated to 6.4.2 slow to death in LAN but Ok via readycloud

Hello,
I'm a beginner in NAS use, I only do it for me to keep pictures and videos of my works.
I only configured access in LAN and from my phone (android)
All was perfect until the upgrade to 6.4.2 😞
Since the upgrade, all web connection is ok via readycloud, I can manage and store pictures from the phone.
But in LAN area, browsing take ages.... I didn't change anything, I've got my shortcuts on desktop, but it take from 2 to 5 mn to get in, and I don't speek about read a vid...
On the Forum I read about disabling IPv6, which I have Done but nothing better 😞
I reinstall OS at reboot, not better...
Sometimes, even the windows browser collapse...
The OS is W10

Try disabling the antivirus service (this is not the same as the antivirus plus app). You disable the service on the system->settings page.
If that fixes it, you have three options
-leave AV off for now
-apply the 6.4.2 AV hotfix ( http://kb.netgear.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/30436 )
-upgrade again to 6.5.0 beta.

I have just deactivated the AV as you said and it seems ok.
I'll try the other solutions later, ty for your help 🙂
